Please note that all of the following rehearsals take place at Irving Arts Center, Carpenter Hall, 3333 N. Macarthur Blvd. Costumes and Make-up ARE required for these MANDATORY stage rehearsals.. Please plan to arrive early! Dancers who miss these Stage rehearsals will not be allowed to perform…no exceptions!

Monday, November 28th Load in of sets 9:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m. 6:00 – 7:00 – Warm – up Ensemble dancers 7:00 -8:30 - Snow Scene – Tech and Dress 8:30 – 10:00 - YAGP Ensembles from Coppelia and Slavonic Dances	Class Changes at Studio Ballet 6/7 and Tap 6/7 cancelled

Tuesday, November 29th 5:00 – 7:00 – Battle Scene – Tech and Dress 7:00 – 9:00 – Prologue and Party Scene Tech/Dress 9:00 – 10:00 – YAGP solos for those at IAC	Ballet 4 & 5 combined from 4:30 – 6:00 Ballet 6 & 7 combined

Thursday, December 1st 5:00 – 5:45 – Angels A and B Tech rehearsal 5:45 – 6:30 – Clowns A and B Tech rehearsal 6:30 – 7:00 – Angels B and Clowns B Dress 7:00 – 7:30 – Angels A and Clowns A Dress 7:30 – 8:30 – Waltz of Flowers Tech and Dress 8:30 – 10:00 – YAGP remaining Solos	Ballet 6 & 7 combined from 5:00 - 6:30 Modern 6 and Modern 7 cancelled

Sunday, Dec. 4th 12:15 – 1:45 – Warm-up Class in Rehearsal Hall- All Ensemble plus Chinese 2:00 – Theatre call all other dancers – Cast B 2:30 – Performance – Cast B – turn in costumes when finished 5:00 – Theatre call cast A performers to pick up costumes 6:00 – Performance – Cast A 8:00 – 10:00 – Strike Set – Load Out ALL DANCERS RETURN COSTUMES AT THE END OF THIS PERFORMANCE!
